No. Since the sharing percentage is not known in Scarlett, the co-broker is not automatically added to the Deal in Veritas. Add the co-broker to the Deal on the Broker Team tab.
Yes, files created in Scarlett appear in Veritas automatically, typically within ~4 hours. You can also pull a specific deal into Veritas on demand using the Import From Scarlett button and entering the Application Number.
