Why won't my deal import from Scarlett?

When importing a specific deal from Scarlett, make sure to enter the entire Application Number, not just the numeric digits. For example, enter 'GHCOx12345' rather than '12345'.

Additionally, the following information must be completed in the Scarlett file for it to be successfully pulled into Veritas:

  • Language
  • Close Date
  • Application Purpose

Once these details are properly filled out, the file can be imported into Veritas without any issues.

If you try to import a deal that already exists in the platform, you will see an error message letting you know. If you're unable to see the deal in Veritas and feel that you should be able to, contact Support at veritas@orbismortgage.ca.
