Why would my Veritas Dashboard be different than my Salesforce Dashboard?

Why would my Veritas Dashboard be different than my Salesforce Dashboard?

There are a few reasons why the dashboards may display differently:

System-assigned deals: Some deals are automatically attributed by the system to Platform Orbis, making them the opportunity owner instead of the agent.

Duplicates: Some duplicates have been created in Veritas and may cause the numbers to be skewed. Every effort is being made to remove duplicate Deals when they arise.

Different filters: The filters applied on the Salesforce dashboard may differ from those on the Veritas dashboard.

Assistant accounts in Salesforce: If you previously had an assistant account in Salesforce, some deals may be owned by the assistant user rather than the broker user.

Scope of files displayed: The Veritas dashboard includes all files where you are listed as an agent—whether as the primary broker/agent or as a commission-sharing broker/agent. Salesforce, on the other hand, currently only accounts for files where you are the opportunity owner or the primary broker on the file.

These differences explain why the two dashboards may not always match exactly.
