How is a deal marked as lost?
To move a deal to the Lost stage:
- Click the three ellipses in the top right of the screen and select Mark Deal as Lost.
- Select the appropriate Closure Reason from the dropdown menu (either Lost or Refused).
- If the deal is lost, select a specific reason from the Lost Reason dropdown menu.
- If the deal is refused, select a specific reason from the Refused Reason dropdown menu.
- Click the Mark as Unsuccessful button.
