What information is required to mark a deal as Mortgage Booked or Audit Complete?
The following information is required to move a deal to the Mortgage Booked or Audit Complete stage:
- Application Purpose
- Occupancy Status
- Rate Type
- Rate Terms
- Mortgage Term End Date
- Subject Property Address including City, Province and Country at minimum
- At least one Client associated with the deal
- All documents in the Broker Approved column / status, with an uploaded document
- All Client Notes fields populated
