What is required before a deal can be sent to Compliance?

The following information is required to submit a deal to Compliance:

  • Application Purpose
  • Occupancy Status
  • Rate Type
  • Rate Terms
  • Mortgage Term End Date
  • Subject Property Address including City, Province and Country at minimum
  • At least one Client associated with the deal
  • All documents in the Broker Approved column / status, with an uploaded document
  • All Client Notes fields populated

Once the deal has the required information, click the Send to compliance button to submit the deal for review.
