What is required before a deal can be sent to Compliance?
The following information is required to submit a deal to Compliance:
- Application Purpose
- Occupancy Status
- Rate Type
- Rate Terms
- Mortgage Term End Date
- Subject Property Address including City, Province and Country at minimum
- At least one Client associated with the deal
- All documents in the Broker Approved column / status, with an uploaded document
- All Client Notes fields populated
Once the deal has the required information, click the Send to compliance button to submit the deal for review.
