• Should we still upload compliance docs to Scarlett?

  Yes. Documents need to be uploaded in Scarlett to meet regulatory requirements in case of an external audit.

• Are documents uploaded in Scarlett automatically transferred to Veritas?

  Not yet. Scarlett's API doesn't support document transfer; please download from Scarlett and upload to Veritas manually. Future integrations will be explored when they become available from Scarlett.

• Will deals created in Scarlett automatically appear in Veritas?

  Yes, files created in Scarlett appear in Veritas automatically, typically within ~4 hours. You can also pull a specific deal into Veritas on demand using the Import From Scarlett button and entering the Application Number.

• Are co-brokers assigned in Scarlett automatically created in Veritas?

  No. Since the sharing percentage is not known in Scarlett, the co-broker is not automatically added to the Deal in Veritas. Add the co-broker to the Deal on the Broker Team tab.

• What happens if changes are made in Scarlett but not in Veritas (e.g., rate updates)?

  Changes made in Scarlett are only updated in Veritas when you choose Refresh from Scarlett. Fields from Scarlett that are not editable in Veritas will be updated. Therefore, fields that have been updated in Veritas will not be overwritten by ...
