• Can users add their own folders or upload multiple docs per category?

  Folders are system-defined, but you can upload multiple files into each folder.

• How should compliance be handled — in Scarlett or Veritas?

  Compliance should now be completed in Veritas.

• Are documents uploaded in Scarlett automatically transferred to Veritas?

  Not yet. Scarlett's API doesn't support document transfer; please download from Scarlett and upload to Veritas manually. Future integrations will be explored when they become available from Scarlett.

• When uploading compliance documents, will we get notified by email if there's an issue?

  Yes. Compliance reviews each submission. If corrections are needed, you'll be notified by email, the deal will appear in your Deal List in the Compliance Action Required filter and a notification will be on the Deal Hub tab with notes from ...
